About Us

Hello let us tell you a little about ourselves. Both of us are born again Christian's who believe in the resurrected son of God, Jesus Christ, and are members of the Kariong Community Baptist Church. We are both married with a loving family that includes the blessing of three wonderful children each. Our Friendship started in high school and to this day we continue to experience many of life’s challenges together.

The library came about one quiet Sunday afternoon while sittingtalking about how we could help the community in a Godly way, looking around for ideas both of us stopped at the large bookshelf. In prayer, God gave us the Christian community library concept. Sue at Rhema

The early days saw us being interviewed rather nervously on Rhema Radio, followed by the excitement and fun of establishing the library, with the help of some wonderful people along the way. The library continues to grow with donations of books and support, and we are enjoying the blessing and challenge God has placed in our hearts.

Both of us are very grateful to God for our wonderful friendship that continues to grow stronger every day, we havelearnt the true value of people and relationships in our lives, through the knowledge of God's Word and remembering that we are all part of the body of Christ, serving together for the good of all. We look forward to serving the community to the best of our abilities and seek to honor God in all that He gives us to do.
